Terms of Use

Hypnos uses AI to create an image from a photo you upload, in the style of a template you choose. Results are AI-generated: they may not match your expectations, do not depict reality, and may contain errors. Every result file carries an invisible tag stating it was made with AI; results of non-subscribers also show a Hypnos watermark.

An anonymous account is created for you automatically on first launch. You can link a Google or Apple account and delete your account in the app at any time. You must be at least 16 to use Hypnos.

• Subscriptions are weekly, monthly or every 3 months; the 3-month plan may include a 3-day free trial. The price is shown in the store before you buy.
• A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
• If you do not cancel before a free trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
• Cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings; deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
• A subscription gives a generation allowance that renews every 7 days; unused allowance does not carry over. Subscriber results have no watermark.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

• Diamonds are a virtual unit spent on generations in the app, bought as packs in the store. Each phone receives a one-time welcome gift.
• Diamonds have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account, and are lost if you delete your account or it is closed under these terms.
• The cost of a failed or rejected generation is refunded automatically.

Subscriptions and Diamonds are digital content made available the moment you buy them. Under Article 15 of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for such purchases, and by confirming a purchase you agree to this. The store's refund policy and your other statutory rights are not affected.

You may not upload or create:

• a photo of another person without their consent;
• sexual, explicit or inappropriate images of anyone under 18: strictly forbidden and reported to the authorities;
• nudity, sexual content, violence, hate speech or harassment;
• fake images that misrepresent a person, defame them or are meant to deceive;
• content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or personality rights.

Report an inappropriate result with "Report" in the app. We may close accounts that break these rules without notice. To prevent abuse, we may limit how many requests and generations can be made in a short time.

Your uploaded photo remains yours. As long as you follow the rules above, you may use and share the images you create for personal and commercial purposes. When you use a result, respecting the rights of others and applicable rules (such as any duty to disclose that an image was made with AI) is your responsibility. The templates, designs, the Hypnos name and logo, and the app itself belong to us.

Hypnos is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Liability for intent or gross negligence, and your statutory consumer rights, are not limited.

We may change these terms and will announce significant changes in the app. We may change or end the service; if you have an active subscription we will give reasonable notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes go to the consumer arbitration committees within their monetary limits, and otherwise to the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
